Isaac grew up in Penns Valley but has spent the last 10 years leading in churches across the state of Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Isaac is passionate about teaching the Bible, developing leaders, and planting churches.Isaac married his wife Courtney in the summer of 2014. They have two boys, Judah and Asher. Isaac holds a Bachelors Degree in Ministry from the University of Valley Forge as well as a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Waynesburg University. In his spare time, Isaac loves to hunt, fish, hike, and mow his grass.

Sarah grew up in Northwestern Pennsylvania in the small town of Cochranton. She moved to State College after graduating from high school to attend Master's Commission, an international discipleship program. While in the area, she met and married her husband Justin. They now have six kids: Alden, Liberty, Gianna, Marissa, Audrey and Colby.
Sarah is passionate about seeing the body of Christ work together to bring glory to our Heavenly Father. For fun, Sarah loves to read or be creative.

Courtney grew up in southwestern PA (let's go bucs, here we go steelers...you get it) but moved to the Philadelphia area to attend college. There, she met her husband, Isaac, who she married in 2014. Together, they have 2 boys, Judah and Asher. Courtney holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Valley Forge and an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Messiah College. Prior to serving at FLPV, Courtney has worked in the counseling and higher education fields. In her spare time (when not chasing toddlers), Courtney loves to read, explore nature, take photos, and learn new creative hobbies. Courtney is passionate about seeing Jesus glorified and seeing His disciples grow in their gifts and in deep, rich biblical community.
